1. ORDER CHANGES: We may occasionally adjust quantity, size, or dispatch timing on an order and will contact you first if that happens. (Pre-orders require up to 10 days for dispatch).

2. CASH ON DELIVERY: COD orders are held for you specifically — repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in future orders from that number requiring advance payment.

3. AFTER DELIVERY: Once an order is delivered in good condition, the customer is responsible for care of the product going forward.

4. WARRANTY WINDOW: Manufacturing defects are replaced free within 3 days of delivery — just message us with a photo/video. Claims outside this window aren't covered.

5. NOT COVERED: Screen issues and physical/accidental damage aren't covered under the warranty.
